Access to Records Officer, Salford
Pay rates to £18.28 per hour
Contract role
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Access to Records Officer to work in a team in Salford.
Essential skills:
Previous property information team experience.
Be able to plot plans and boundaries
Be able to read through and understand leases and legal documents.
Desirable skills:
Previous experience with the concerto system.
Use GGP which is a GIS system.
Experience with large databases
Knowledge of land and property legal side.
Transferable skills:
Could have work for a company like PEEL in a property information team.
Strong admin skills
Hybrid work – Tues & Thurs in Office
