We are recruiting for an experienced Adults Assessor to work in an Early Support and Advice Hub in Tameside.
Tameside requires an Assessor for the Early support & advice Hub, first point of contact in Tameside, pick up calls or contacts, information gather, speak to induvial, pre-screening of care act assessment, key focus is keeping people living well at home.
