Pay rate £21.07 per hour

We are recruiting for experienced Care Assessors in the Blackpool area – you will need experience in a similar Local Authority role. 
As a Care Assessor, your responsibilities will include: 

• In this role, you will work with adults to understand their needs and help identify solutions that promote independence and prevent future care requirements. 

• You will use a strengths-based approach, working closely with community and voluntary groups, reablement services, and commissioned providers to support individuals effectively. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as you will be liaising with service users, families, and professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
