Adult’s Social Worker, Continuing Healthcare Team, South East 
Pay rate £38 per hour 
CHC Team – Advanced Practitioner 
Pertemps are recruiting for two experienced Adult’s Social Workers in the South East 
This is to work in a Continuing Healthcare Team, and you will need experience of CHC work. 
Responsibilities 

• Take the lead in CHC assessments (DST meetings), confidently representing the Local Authority’s position. 

• Prepare impactful position statements and advocate for the LA in disputes. 

• Objectively review evidence and make informed, evidence-based decisions, all while supporting the Local Authority’s perspective. 

•  Support the wider ASC staff cohort with day-to-day CHC challenges, questions and deliver CHC training. 

Ideal locations for this role include Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, and there is plenty of hybrid working available.
