Adult’s Social Worker, Service Manager – Continuing Health Care & Section 11 Lead, West Yorkshire 
Pay rate £400 to 450 per day 
Contract role, Continuing Healthcare CHC 
 
We are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Work Senior Manager in the West Yorkshire area. 
This to work as a Service Manager – Continuing Health Care & Section 11 Lead 

• An experienced Manager/Senior Manager within Local Authority Adult Social Care 

• A confident CHC specialist with strong subject knowledge 

• Experienced in influencing outcomes in complex and contested cases 

• Comfortable operating at both practice and system level 

• Able to support both immediate casework and longer-term improvement activity 

• Focused on achieving the right funding outcomes for individuals and the system
