Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in an Integrated Front Door Team in Bolton Council.
·         To supervise and facilitate family time with looked after children and their families.
·         Complete observations of family time.
·         Offering support and guidance when required.
·         To work city-wide supporting district social workers.
