Pay rate £22.62 per hour

We are recruiting for experienced Personal Advisor to work in a Team in Bury Council. You will need experience in a similar Local Authority role. 
 
The Purpose of the post is to support children and young people in care and care leavers to achieve the best possible outcomes and make a successful transition into adulthood
 
The Objectives are

1. To support the implementation of children & young people’s care and pathway plans
2. To prepare young people for a successful transition to adulthood
3. To support care leavers to move towards independence
4. To promote children & young people’s participation
