Pay rate to £37 per hour

Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Integrated Front Door Team in Bolton Council.

Based at Castle Hill working across the borough the role is to provide purposeful, professional social work duty service to children and families and partner agencies within the Integrated Front Door in accordance with statutory requirements and Departmental Policies.
 
·         Arrange services and screen referrals which require further assessment
·         Contribute to ‘front door’ duty provision
·         Gather information to decide if Section 47 (Child Protection) enquiries are required or if a children and family needs assessment is needed.
·         Provide a duty service to all office visitors
