We are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Mental Health Team in the London
Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Mental Health Social Work Team in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. We are looking to recruit 2 x Mental Health Social Workers.
West London NHS has confirmed funding for two Mental Health Social Worker positions, and it is essential that these posts are recruited as soon as possible to meet statutory obligations and support timely hospital discharges.
The primary purpose of these roles is to ensure sufficient capacity for Mental Health Social Workers to operate within ward settings on behalf of LBHF.
