Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Mental Health Team in Salford Council. 
We require one Mental Health Social worker working at Salford Civic. Will be working at the Front Door team conducting visits and assessments in support of the contact team. Hybrid working is available, up to two days a week from home.
