Vitalis are hiring for a Qualified Social Worker to work as a Team manager in a Hospital Social Work Team in Blackburn.
 
Fast paced team, main hospital, east Lancashire hospital trust, 4 to 5, working collaterality with home first and reablement team managers
managing 10 social workers including 1 AP
Case allocations, discussions, supervision, operational management, Duty manager for enablement hub (rota basis)
Based at Duke Street (Albion mill when on duty- 1 week in 3)
