Pay rate £35 per hour 
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Kinship Care Team in Stockport Council.
Main task of the role is the support and supervision of Kinship Foster Carers. Other tasks include duty tasks on a rota basis, undertaking viability assessments and regulation 24 assessments.
