Pay rate to £23.10 per hour

Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced ASB Support Officer to work in a Team in Manchester Council. 
This is an exciting and challenging role working in Manchester as part of a team responsible for tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB). You will be visible in your role and spend a significant amount of time in the community raising awareness of our service, offering support for individuals and helping to further develop relationships with a key partner.
You will;

• apply a harm centred approach to your casework
• identify victims and perpetrators of anti-social behaviour
• assess vulnerability and make appropriate referrals for support
• work with the police to deliver ‘on street’ community safety interventions
• issue Community Protection Warnings / Notices when appropriate
• positively engage with perpetrators to promote compliance with positive requirements
• accurately record all interventions
• promote the work undertaken by the team through internal and external communications or events
• drive our partnership community safety van
