Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Qualified Social Worker to work in an Assessment and Intervention Team in Suffolk Council.
Be able to stand-up our IFD Assessment Team, which aligns with the Family First Partnership Programme model and, with the intention of supporting families promptly, and at the earliest opportunity and prevent unnecessary escalation into the social work teams, who are holding high caseloads.
