Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work in a Children Looked After Team in Knowsley Council.
To provide high-quality social work support to children in our care aged 14–18, promoting their safety, stability, and positive outcomes as they transition towards adulthood. The role requires a strong relational practice approach, underpinned by effective risk management and safety planning, particularly in response to contextual safeguarding risks such as exploitation, peer influence, and community harm, within a demanding and fast-paced team environment.
