Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Children with Disabilities Team in Rochdale Council. 
Are you passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with disabilities and additional needs? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Advanced Practitioner to join our Short Breaks Service.
In this key role, you will provide professional leadership, support, and guidance to Social Workers and practitioners, ensuring high-quality assessments and interventions. You will work closely with families, partners, and communities to develop creative, strengths-based solutions that enable children and young people to thrive.
About You

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Significant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of disability, short breaks, safeguarding, and legislation.
• Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and supporting professional practice.
• Committed to relationship-based and strengths-focused approaches.
