Pay rate to £38.99 per hour 
Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Physical Disability and Older People’s Team in Cheshire West Council. 
 
The post holder will have the skills and knowledge to effectively provide social work services to safeguard and support children – they will be able to assess, identify and plan to enable children to thrive. They will develop, implement and coordinate plans to ensure assessed needs are met.
