Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a learning Disability and Early Adulthood Team in Stockport Council. 
LD & Early Adulthood Team. Hybrid working minimum 2 days in office
Must have experience in reviewing complex packages and looking at joint funding in: Early Adulthood, LD, Mental Health, Autism, CHC
