Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker in to work in a Locality team in Bromley.
The London Borough of Bromley, Adult Social Care Services are looking for a Social Worker to join our friendly and hard-working team. All care management and safeguarding tasks are undertaken as per the statutory duties for a local authority underpinned by the Adult Social Care legislation. Adult Social Care is on a transformation journey, and we are seeking talented and experienced people to join us to support the changes that are taking place and lead the team forward. The successful candidate will need to be able to work according to the relevant legislation for people in need of support. In addition to the ability to assess and review people in receipt of care and support, the candidate will need to have excellent report writing and computer skills. Record keeping is a vital and necessary part of the job. Being able to communicate effectively is central to the role.
